Superheroes Anonymous: The Documentary has chronicled the Real Life Superhero movement and the rise of Superheroes Anonymous for over 3 years.

Starting with the first conference of superheroes in New York’s Times Square, the film has since documented different superheroes from across the country and gathered intimate portraits of a vast array of characters who call themselves “Real Life Superheroes.”

Through transparently documenting not only the subject matter but the making of the documentary itself, Superheroes Anonymous is a surreal cinematic journey that challenges the very nature of our reality by daring to ask whether superheroes can exist in the real world and – if they do – what makes a superhero?
